For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by a deep curiosity about the human body and an even deeper desire to help others thrive. My journey into naturopathic medicine wasn’t a straight line—it was inspired by personal experiences that shaped my understanding of health, resilience, and the power of holistic care.

Witnessing my grandfather’s and father’s health struggles, I saw firsthand how life-changing the right support and guidance can be. My father’s recovery, which combined conventional care with the expertise of a naturopathic doctor, showed me how beautifully these two approaches can work together to transform lives. These experiences sparked a passion in me to dig deeper into the science of wellness and empower others to take charge of their health.

With a background in communication and public relations, I’ve always believed in the importance of listening and connecting with people on a meaningful level. As a naturopathic doctor, I bring this same dedication to every patient interaction. My approach is about seeing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and creating a plan that honors your unique journey.
